Luxury Bag Assembler

We are seeking an experienced Prototypist Operator to join our team at Burberry's manufacturing facility in Florence, Italy. The successful candidate will work closely with our design teams to assemble luxury bags, ensuring high-quality standards are met within project deadlines.

• Read patterns to identify bag components and assemble parts
• Mount accessories on luxury bags
• Suggest technical improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with CAD and Industrialization teams using a continuous improvement approach

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Demonstrated experience in prototyping
• Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes (leather goods)
• Basic knowledge of metal hardware and commonly used materials
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills

Burberry is committed to providing a competitive compensation package and a positive work environment. This role offers a salary range of €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
