The Procurement Vision

At Furla, we are seeking a skilled Purchase Specialist to lead our purchasing and buying strategy, ensuring we meet our budgeting and standards goals. This role is critical in driving our operational activities forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate purchasing on assigned categories
• Monitor daily needs through MRPs and pre-production forecasts
• Handle and upload orders in the system
• Coordinate with external suppliers and track order progress
• Monitor leftovers and align with departments on ongoing and future needs
• Conduct ad hoc and periodic analysis
• Identify key markdowns on raw materials and final products

Requirements

• Previous experience in a purchasing department, preferably in a luxury company
• Business acumen and knowledge of purchasing activities in a fashion, retail-oriented company
• Excellent cross-departmental working skills
• Fluency in English
• Good technical understanding
