Key Responsibilities- Customer Insights and Technical Environment
Gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, to shape and form project definitions and ongoing execution. Identify and evaluate industry trends, adapting business models, plans, and solutions to insights. - Architecture Design and Deployment
Utilize a structured approach to Architecture Projects, leveraging existing methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners. - Practice Development
Generate new and/or improve existing intellectual property, connecting gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes. Identify which ideas should be culled, considering scale across customers. - Trusted Advisor
Develop a network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers to build influence in addressing problems/blockers and facilitating additional views on matters of interest. - Thought Leadership
Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organisational Design or Change Management, with experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Managing complex organisational change projects or portfolios.
- Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organisational change.
