Security Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and customer conversations.
- Engage in inside selling by gathering customer information and developing activities.
- Manage reporting and customer backorder with specialist knowledge.
- Either manage project end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Evaluate and maintain service level agreements with customers.
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement.
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
- Develop partner relationships through account planning and cross-selling.
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, reviewing and updating regularly.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Cybersecurity skills and knowledge are a prerequisite.
- Italian and English fluent.
- Good attention to details.
- Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills.
- Priority management and planning skills.
- Strive to achieve set targets.
- Good relationship building.
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
