Human Resources Factory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the set-up and end-to-end management of our new factory team in Italy.

• Recruitment: Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Employee Records Management: Assist in managing HR information systems and ensuring data integrity.
• Training and Development Coordination: Support the planning and execution of training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure accuracy in compensation records.
• Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations Support: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving basic HR-related issues.
• General Administrative Support: Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and attention to detail.
