Job Summary

Experis, a global leader in IT and TECH professional resourcing, is seeking a highly skilled Software Component Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and leading the development lifecycle of software embedded in Interior Trim ECUs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize software releases plans to achieve vehicle milestones with the required level of software maturity and quality.
  • Coordinate and track software development activities with ECUs suppliers.
  • Monitor and follow up on software progress and maturity.
  • Collaborate with various domains to remove impediments and facilitate software development teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, aligning, coordinating, and exchanging information and status reports.
  • Raise risks and propose mitigation plans to meet business unit expectations.
  • Monitor and resolve ECUs bug tracking and issue resolution.
  • Analyze and prioritize change requests.
  • Improve software process flows and monitor software certification compliance.
  • Manage and monitor software updates for production and after-sales.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering.
  • Previous experience in software development or software project management within the automotive, railway, or aerospace field.
  • Good knowledge of the automotive industry and business processes.
  • Ability to implement and push for improvements in a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical competence and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient and mature personality, self-motivated, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, Excel, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Basic knowledge of Agile Methodology and classic development processes and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle architectures, communication protocols, and main vehicle functionalities.
  • Basic knowledge of ASPICE, Model-Based System Engineering, AUTOSAR standard.
  • Basic knowledge of UNECE R156 and R155 regulation.
