We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as a Senior Scientist. As a member of the Genomics Research Centre, you will be involved in various aspects of genomics and its applications.

The successful candidate will have expertise in immunology or immunogenomics, with experience in advanced methodologies such as single cell RNA-seq and deep immunoglobulin repertoire sequencing. You will also develop new ideas to investigate B cell differentiation and study antibody diversification.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging advanced methodologies to integrate imaging, single cell RNA-seq and deep immunoglobulin repertoire sequencing to dissect molecular mechanisms regulating B cell fate choice;
  • Developing new ideas to investigate B cell differentiation and study antibody diversification;
  • Managing data analysis within your project;
  • Generating reliable data for publication in the projects to which you are assigned and recording all data and results in specified forms;
  • Publishing reproducible research;
  • Interacting and supporting other group members whenever needed;
  • Sharing and discussing research results with collaborators.

You will work closely with the team to achieve our goals and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to promote human health.
