Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly innovative and strategic individual to join our team as Senior Manager, Digital and AI Business Innovation. This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative digital services to drive forward-thinking projects and innovations within Edwards THV EU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends. Disseminate relevant insights to the broader organization.
  • Analyze and understand key THV EU business needs within Commercial, Marketing, Training and Development, Business Ops and Medical Affairs organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities. Align exploration efforts based on the identified needs.
  • Identify opportunities of AI-driven and technology solutions to address key business needs and articulate recommendations based on the potential business impact.
  • Lead and manage AI-driven and technology innovation projects from ideation through implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with different departments to integrate AI and innovative solutions into existing workflows.
  • Document opportunity pipeline and clearly report and communicate on opportunity assessment progress.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization: monitor the performance of implemented innovations and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leveraging digital technologies to impact business functions within a healthcare-related industry.
  • Excellent track record and understanding of digital technology and AI, development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies, incorporating UX practice in projects.
  • Experience designing and building GenAI solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong partnership mindset and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of how to develop and articulate a digital strategy and communicate it internally.
  • Strong experience leading projects and setting clear milestones and outcomes.
  • Fluent English, other languages are a plus.

  • Strong strategic and consulting mindset.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices.
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Drive for results and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
