Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our compliance efforts with the EU Digital Services Act. As a key member of the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team, you will be responsible for building and executing compliance programs, managing internal partnerships, and engaging with regulatory partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure Amazon's adherence to the EU Digital Services Act.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide expert advice to Amazon leadership on compliance matters.
  • Manage external audits, transparency reporting, and data access requirements.
  • Build and execute internal and external communication strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program or product management in ecommerce or online services.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Business proficiency in English.
  • Experience with high-scale technology programs and risk management.
  • Master's degree and/or people management experience a plus.
