Bell Attendant Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at the Radisson Hotel Group. As a Bell Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of the guest relations department: Ensure that all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
  • Work collaboratively with the team: Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Take ownership of duties and tasks: Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner, and that departmental plans and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with colleagues: Ensure that costs and inventory are controlled, and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships: Promote the company culture and values, and ensure adherence to all legislation and best practice activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in guest relations: Beneficial but not essential.
  • Hands-on approach: A can-do work style with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Passion for hospitality: A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create memorable moments for our guests.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity: Ability to work in an environment that demands excellence and maintain personal integrity.
  • IT skills: Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
