The Role
In this critical position at Holcim, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients to achieve their sustainability objectives and overcome their waste challenges.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update technical and administrative documentation necessary for export authorization of alternative fuels & raw materials to Holcim Group Plants abroad.
  • Ensure accurate registration of flows of alternative fuels & raw materials through dedicated applications/platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics operations and identify optimal solutions for material handling/transport while respecting cost, efficiency, quality, and time parameters.


Requirements

  • University Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainable development, Engineering, Law, etc)
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in similar positions or technical roles in the Environment Function
  • Previous experience in the export/logistics/waste sector is appreciated.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must, French or German is a plus.


Working Conditions
This position requires mobility within the Central Europe West cluster (Switzerland, Italy, Southern Germany, and Haut-Rhin) for up to 30% of working time, depending on the respective work situation/project assignment.
