Warehouse Supervisor

Villanova University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Dining Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily receiving and storage of food and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the receiving and storage of food and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to production areas.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety in the warehouse and receiving areas.
• Collaborate with production managers and culinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of inventory and supply needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and receiving area, adhering to Villanova University's safety and sanitation standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of experience in a college/university food service operation or restaurant preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Knowledge of weights and measures, food specifications, and inventory control procedures.
