Job Title: Content & Campaign Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Content & Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team and report to the Marketing & Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in multimedia content creation and campaign management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful brand experiences across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos that align with brand guidelines for use across digital platforms, presentations, and events.
  • Bring our brand to life through compelling visual narratives, utilizing expertise in video and photo editing, post-production, and multimedia development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, design, and execute engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in all visual content and campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and enhancing brand visibility and recognition.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, tracking deadlines, and delivering on campaign goals.
  • Drive project timelines to ensure the smooth execution of multimedia projects.
  • Work closely with various departments, contributing to marketing and communication strategies with creative expertise and content delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in multimedia content creation, including video and photo editing, as well as campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in Spanish would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with current trends in multimedia production.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • EU or UK residency is required.
