About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program/Project Manager Intern to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Amazon Retail or Amazon Fresh business, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis and deep dives to generate insights into system behavior, identifying performance gaps and improvement potentials for our most strategic brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside a Vendor Manager to provide a suite of services designed to maximize business performance and grow sales.
  • Support in the definition, conceptualization, implementation, and growth of strategic programs and products aiming at digitizing the procurement landscape.
  • Dive deep into large data sets to analyze trends, identify new customer insights, and turn these insights into action.

Requirements:

  • Available to commence an internship between January and December 2025.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher).
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian (Level - B2 or higher).
  • Based in Milan for the duration of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
