Key Responsibilities

Guarantee a high level of satisfaction for our families through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Ensure timely resolution of community requests via our ticketing system. Prepare everything for a seamless family arrival and provide a hands-on approach during turnover weeks. Foster relationships with families, understanding their needs and interests. Gather feedback and identify opportunities for growth through interaction with families. Assist new families in integrating into the community and communicate upcoming activities to maximize participation. Manage content for our internal UGC channel and build the brand on social networks. Ensure seamless information flow within the team and coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth handover during arrival. Participate in pre-arrival webinars and orientation sessions, book services upon family requests, and partner with a photographer/videographer to capture moments for social media during opening times of new locations. Shared metric: NPS, staying within budget. Fluent in English & Italian.
