Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our Data Management team at Worldline. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing reports and documents for external and internal stakeholders in card-based payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Design and Layout: Develop and manage templates for automated document production using Doc1 or similar tools.
  • Quality Assurance and Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of existing documents, adhering to compliance and branding guidelines.
  • Data Handling and Integration: Utilize data from various sources to create personalized, customer-centric document communications.
  • Testing and Incident Handling: Generate testing files and perform end-to-end development testing, as well as resolve reported incidents and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement and maintain automated workflows to streamline document creation and distribution processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience with Doc1/Engage1: Hands-on experience in using Doc1/Engage1 or similar document automation tools is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Unix is advantageous. Programming languages are not strictly necessary, but a flair for computer science is beneficial.
  • Understanding of Data Integration: Familiarity with integrating and managing data within document automation systems, including knowledge of data formats and basic data manipulation techniques.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document design and output.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all documents meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs related to document automation and customer communication.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: B2/C1 level of English, with a willingness to learn German.
