F&B Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Operations Manager to join our team at Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring they meet and exceed guest expectations and provide a return on investment to the owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the Food and Beverage department's budget, forecasts, and manning guide, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, attentive, and memorable.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, collaborating with hotel department heads to develop and implement plans to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as F&B Director in a 5-star hotel or resort.
  • Previous work experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, English, and German languages, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
