As a key member of our finance team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance your understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes.

Your contributions will include:

• Maintaining and updating supplier and customer master data;
• Processing both purchase order and non-purchase order invoices;
• Issuing credit and debit notes to clients;
• Managing daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, incoming payment reconciliation, dunning procedures, and follow-up on aging reports;
• Addressing supplier inquiries and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Required skills:

• Currently pursuing studies in Finance or Accounting;
• Proficient in English;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Familiarity with an ERP system;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
• Project-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, adaptable to an international setting;
• Capable of working under tight deadlines;
• Upholding high ethical standards.
