Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Finance Trainee for a 6-month extracurricular internship within the Group Financial Office. The selected candidate will become a member of the Credit Collection team, which operates under the Group Finance Direction.
Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, the intern will be responsible for managing credit collection processes for customers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and authorize customer order releases
• Track and evaluate customers' credit limits
• Oversee reminder communications in accordance with company credit guidelines
• Reconcile financial records
• Address payment issues and disputes, formulating repayment strategies as needed
• Gather financial data on new clients and review existing clients' financials for seasonal credit line renewals
• Compile and present periodic financial reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or a High School Diploma
• Previous internship experience in a finance or economics department is advantageous
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
• Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients
