Kitchen Operations Manager

As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle Mexican Grill, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is served to our customers. This includes cooking and preparing food to order, monitoring food waste and inventory levels, and resolving food quality issues.

You will also be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing kitchen team, communicating effectively with crew members and customers, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring food quality by cooking and prepping food to order
• Monitoring food waste and inventory levels
• Developing and leading a high-performing kitchen team
• Communicating effectively with crew members and customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements include:

• Previous experience as a Chipotle Crew member
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• High school diploma or equivalent
