Main Responsibilities:

As a Consultant for Strategic Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions at Prometeia, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the operating contexts of client companies, including their historical performance, industry trends, and potential future developments.
  • Supporting the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projections.
  • Identifying the most appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring business performance.
  • Evaluating the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and single portfolios in the context of extraordinary transactions.
  • Drafting functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions as an independent third party.
  • Preparing estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects.
  • Utilizing software/data provider platforms to support the preparation of valuation analysis.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with high honors in economic/financial and management engineering subjects.
  • Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector.
  • Fluency in English, with a plus for a second foreign language.
