Financial Manager for Industrial Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Dikton S.r.l., an international company operating in the industrial applications for the Food and Beverage sector.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the local F&A team, strengthening controlling activities and reporting packages, and presenting outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders and shareholders.
About You- You have at least 6-7 years of experience in similar roles for industrial companies operating in international markets.
- You hold a degree or master's degree in Finance or Economics.
- You possess proven experience in people and task management within modern working environments.
- Manage the local F&A team with full responsibility for related tasks.
- Strengthen both controlling activities and reporting packages for the Unit, harmonizing processes and tools as required by the Group.
- Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders and shareholders, driving financial planning processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and short, mid, long-range planning.
- Treasury, banks, financial, and cash policies management.
- Prepare periodical reports and all necessary information for annual financial statements.
- Manage relations with investors and shareholders as required by the role.
- Travel abroad for business integration reasons.
We offer a competitive salary, around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Requirements- Fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX and digital analytical tools for the F&A Department.
