Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to join the De'Longhi Group team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate with distributors and clients to secure favorable commercial terms and conditions.
  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Financial:

  • Develop and manage financial plans and forecasts to ensure business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize business operations.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Marketing and Media:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial or marketing role, preferably in the household/electrical appliances or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
