As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Satispay, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure using AWS services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with development teams to ensure our infrastructure aligns with business requirements, automating processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and developing robust CI/CD pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, ECS, and Lambda.
  • Configure and oversee Linux VMs and Containers to meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Manage complex multi-account and multi-domain AWS environments to ensure streamlined operations and security.
  • Collaborate with development teams to align cloud infrastructure with business and technical requirements.
  • Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate provisioning and management of cloud resources.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudWatch and the ELK stack.
  • Design and implement a multi-region disaster recovery strategy with clearly defined RTO and RPO objectives.
  • Build automation scripts and tools to support infrastructure provisioning and integration tasks.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive strategies to enhance security, compliance, and resilience.

 

Your Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management with a strong focus on AWS services and tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services like EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, automation, and system monitoring.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash to automate tasks and interact with cloud APIs.
  • Solid grasp of networking principles, particularly in AWS environments.
  • Advanced skills in Linux system administration, including configuring and maintaining VMs and containers.
  • Proficient in using CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools like AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Prometheus.
