Compiti e responsabilità- Criare nuove opportunità di business attraverso la gestione personale di primo contatto con i clienti e la visita presso i siti di lavoro.
- Rilevare e condividere con i potenziali clienti i progetti di interesse e consulenza per delineare il servizio più consono.
- Monitorare e rapportare i risultati verso la Direzione.
- Titolo di studio: Laurea e preferibile master in risorse umane.
- Anni di esperienza maturati in analoga posizione: Esperienza pluriennale maturata in analoga posizione con conoscenza settore HR e dei principali trend di mercato e settori merceologici.
- Settore di provenienza: Società di consulenza in ambito di recruitment specializzato e/o servizi HR.
- Conoscenze linguistiche: Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1/B2.
- Livello di inquadramento previsto e retribuzione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione in linea con l'expertise e seniority maturata.
- Sede di lavoro: Milano o Torino.
- Orario di lavoro: Full time con formula ibrida sede + smart, flessibile da condividere.
