De' Longhi Appliances S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Manager to drive the best quality performance of new and existing products throughout the whole product development and manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead international project teams developing new household products in all existing product categories, focusing on Home Products.
- Determine Quality Requirements for each project, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Apply relevant tools, such as APQP, ISIR, FMEA, Auditing, 8D, Risk Assessment, to ensure quality excellence.
- Manage quality-related processes in projects, including planning of relevant tests, preparation of Prototype and Production Release.
- Investigate and follow-up of Corrective Actions with suppliers, R&D, and manufacturing sites.
- Monitor market trends and analyze returned products to identify problems and initiate corrective actions.
- Initiate and follow independently the continuous improvement process.
- Collaborate with all Brands in the De'Longhi Group to share Best-Practice processes.
- University or CCI Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with good basic knowledge in electronics.
- Advanced knowledge in quality management Norm ISO 9001.
- Quality management specialist QMS with proofed certificate.
- Audit (Process or System) experience.
- Supplier Quality management.
- Statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written; German language skills preferable.
- High level of communication, cooperation, and negotiation skills, familiar in presenting and communicating to different management levels.
- Project management skills with focus on all aspects of a project, such as quality, costs, and timing.
- Methodological skills in quality management and the application of standards and tools.
