About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Innovator to join our team at ABB E-Mobility. As a key member of our Research and Development Department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions for the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex R&D projects.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and development activities to identify and propose innovative solutions for electrical and electronics-related projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication of technical information.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share technical knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in R&D, electrical engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of power electronics and electrical systems.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
