**Job Description**

We are seeking an ambitious young talent to join our operator business team in Italy. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work in a highly international environment, collaborating with teams from different countries to build and maintain customer relationships, gather market information, and support business decisions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain operational level customer relationships through daily communication
  • Gather and analyze market information from multiple EU countries to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and ensure smooth product launches
  • Support the Italian market in Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including market research, project management, and data analysis

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
  • Proficient communication skills in English, Italian, and Chinese
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for smartphone business and ability to think logically
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude

**What We Offer**

As a Technical Account Manager at Vivo Tech Gmbh, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
