**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Controller to join our dynamic team at Loacker. As a key member of our Sales Controlling team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage financial models for our digital and retail business areas
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with budgetary targets
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to empower decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights
  • Provide commercial support and business partnership to our digital business and retail teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Support the global Sales Controlling team in operational tasks and project work

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling or a related field
  • Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts
  • High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High team spirit and willingness to integrate
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial
