Head of Artist and Label Partnerships in Southern and Eastern Europe

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Artist and Label Partnerships team in Southern and Eastern Europe. As the Head of Artist and Label Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to foster strong relationships with labels and artists in the region, driving growth and revenue for Spotify.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Spotify's relationships with labels and distribution partners in Southern and Eastern Europe
- Manage, mentor, and empower the Artist and Label Partnerships team
- Track, review, and evaluate artist and label priorities, as well as culturally relevant moments
- Become fluent with Spotify data, insights, and tooling to inform strategic marketing
- Work directly with SEE label and distribution partners to gather insights and develop executive-level priority campaigns
- Work in partnership with the local and global editorial teams to ensure content strategies are localized and successfully implemented
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership or management experience in the music industry
- 10+ years of experience building global marketing campaigns or handling complex projects
- Established passion for and engagement with the music community
- Strong music and technology background
- Excellent negotiating, presentation, and people skills
- Fluent level of written and spoken English and Italian/Spanish
