Le tue responsabilità:

  • offrire un'esperienza di marca di alta qualità ai nostri clienti con le tue eccezionali competenze nell'assistenza clienti
  • guidare, istruire e motivare i dipendenti del tuo reparto e garantire un'atmosfera di lavoro eccellente
  • gestire l'attività quotidiana del tuo reparto per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita (incl. servizi digitali, merchandising visivo, area di vendita)
  • identificare e migliorare le aree in base ai feedback ricevuti dai clienti
  • agire come ambasciatori del marchio CONVERSE per iniziative che includono la formazione del tuo team
  • assicurarti che il negozio rispetti tutti gli standard e le linee guida CONVERSE
  • collaborare con i partner commerciali tra negozi diversi e la sede centrale.

Cosa porti con te:

  • passione per CONVERSE e/o per lo sport
  • più di 2 anni di esperienza nel settore retail e/o in posizioni di leadership
  • ottime competenze in lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • esperienza e competenza nel fornire un'assistenza eccezionale ai clienti
  • capacità di guidare e sviluppare un team forte
  • forte attenzione alla comunicazione
  • flessibilità di lavorare a turni e nei weekend
