Resident Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Manager to join our team at the Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz.

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high-quality service.
• Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage hotel systems, including PMS, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

• Several years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar high-standard hotel.
• Proficiency in Italian, English, and German, with additional languages a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of hotel PMS systems.
• Hands-on, flexible, and detail-oriented approach.
• Professional appearance with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
