We are seeking an experienced Account Management Professional to join our team at Kion Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling intralogistics solutions.

  • You will collaborate with the Country Sales Director to implement the sales strategy, focusing on reaching key stakeholders in different business sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will research and create business opportunities through contacts with existing and new potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers, detecting and following up on customer needs.
  • Manage the contract negotiation with the final customer in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Collaborate with the solution development department to define the technical offer to present to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex sales with high technological contents and/or in other verticals such as F&B, Grocery, Apparel, General Merch., 3PL.
  • The sales experience in the intralogistics market is mandatory.
  • Degree and/or Master in engineering/economics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills. Attended sales and negotiation courses will be considered a plus.
  • Good level of English and Italian.
