We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Management Analyst to join our team at Generali Real Estate SGR. As a Fund Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Fund Managers in transaction decisions and implementation, as well as collaborating with the Asset Management team to gather information for business planning and execution of strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transaction decisions and implementation
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team
  • Provide ad-hoc support for investment activity pipeline, property development, investor requests, and portfolio risk assessments
  • Facilitate various fund projects and prepare ad-hoc analysis and management reports
  • Support portfolio performance analysis

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the role
  • Overall knowledge and understanding of institutional investment in Real Estate
  • Experience in portfolio management, asset management, capital markets, or acquisitions
  • Competencies in financial modeling
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work seamlessly on multiple projects and tasks
  • Team-oriented and willing to perform tasks outside primary job description
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
