We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Aethos Monterosa. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our resort.

Your primary duties will include managing inventory, supervising laundry operations, and ensuring seamless communication with other departments. You will also be responsible for conducting daily inspections, monitoring linen quality, and handling guest dry-cleaning requests.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

• Duties:
• Inventory Management: Control and manage the inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
• Guest and Host Interaction: Engage professionally and courteously with guests and hotel staff.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of laundry operations.
• Daily Operations: Conduct daily inspections of cleaning areas, linen handling, and uniform care.
• Sewing and Repairs: Perform timely repairs and alterations on uniforms, linens, and upholstery.
• Storage Management: Keep all laundry storage facilities clean and organized.
• Inventory Control: Regularly review and update linen and stock counts.
• Administration: Complete all reports accurately and on time.
