We are currently seeking a Planner to support engineering initiatives.

As a Planner, your primary responsibility will be the medium to long-term scheduling of various projects. You will gather and oversee the fabrication sequence established by Manufacturing Engineers, ensuring that activities are planned to meet project delivery timelines while optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the medium to long-term scheduling for one or more projects, which includes establishing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences from Manufacturing Engineers, assigning lead times to operations and resources, and ensuring adherence to client milestones and delivery deadlines.
• Identifying and monitoring the Project Critical Path, collaborating with the Component Delivery Manager team to achieve project goals.
• Overseeing and facilitating effective project progress; identifying and following up on recovery plans as needed, and addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions or delays.
• Preparing Project Plan reports: developing manufacturing schedules, workload, and progress reports that highlight variances and suggest or request recovery options. Recognizing critical situations such as bottlenecks or resource overloads, and proposing mitigation or recovery strategies.
• Ensuring Safety Compliance: Adhering to company policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, quality, risk, and security relevant to the role.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• You have preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
