Job Title: Senior Digital Consultant

As a Senior Digital Consultant at Dentsu Media, you will play a key role in supporting clients achieve their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns to drive business results.
  • Develop and execute paid search (AdWords, Bing, etc.) and paid social (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Manage display performance campaigns (networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Assist with client interactions, including reporting, meetings, and QBRs as needed.
  • Maintain a strong focus on clients' KPIs and identify opportunities to meet targets.
  • Liaise with clients on all digital activities and trends, ensuring best practice and innovation.
  • Support the digital leader/partner in managing and coordinating the team.
  • Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital campaigns management.
  • Excellent knowledge of DSPs (DV360, Adform) and search and social ad platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization practices and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologies.
  • Analytical mindset and financial acumen.
  • Good level of English language, both written and oral.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Team working and collaborative attitude.
