Job Title: Senior Project Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update project schedules, including critical path analysis and risk management
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and identify potential roadblocks
  • Advise project teams on time-related contractual obligations and principles of delay analysis
  • Develop and manage project scheduling documentation, including project time management plans and schedule updates
  • Support other project planners and provide guidance on scheduling best practices
Requirements:
  • Engineering or Business degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in full-time planning and scheduling role
  • Industrial or construction background
  • Knowledge of different scheduling tools and techniques, including EVM
  • Proficiency in one scheduling tool (e.g., OdyC, Primavera) and familiarity with an additional scheduling software tool
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to challenge and guide teams
