Bellperson Assistant

Collegio alla Querce is seeking a skilled and courteous Bellperson to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
• Arrange for transportation services, such as taxis or shuttles, and provide recommendations on local attractions and amenities.
• Receive and deliver packages, mail, and other items for guests, maintaining a high level of security and discretion.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.

• Minimum one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Valid License to operate a motor vehicle.
• Advanced English language skills.
