As a key member of our European Regional Digital Team, you will play a critical role in adapting and supporting the deployment of our Global Transformer Digital Strategy in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Deployment: Collaborate with the Digital Technical Team to develop and implement a regional Digital sales strategy aligned with the global strategy, focusing on increasing customer penetration through engagement with Front End and Transformers Sales Teams, distribution channels, and service offerings.
- Digital Tool Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of digital tools in the EUC HUB, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate and train the EUC HUB Digital Team on digital products, providing Level 2 technical support and delivering technical training on the digital portfolio.
- Technical Support: Provide programming and configuration support for digital products to EU Manufacturing sites and customers, working closely with the Digital Technical Teams for knowledge sharing.
- Reporting and Improvement: Report improvement opportunities and user feedback, promoting knowledge sharing of the Transformers Digital portfolio.
- Technical Expertise: Fluency in technical English, with a strong background in electronics, transformers, and electrical systems.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proactive with a strong ability to identify and address technical challenges, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to train and coordinate with colleagues in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Electrical Background: Deep understanding of electrical control schematics and existing transformer monitoring systems, with a strong background in electrical design and control systems.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer and PLC programming, with experience in programming languages and software development.
- Transformer Knowledge: Medium-level knowledge of transformer types, characteristics, components, behavior, diagnostics, and common problems, with a strong understanding of IEC and IEEE C57.91 standards.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication in English to effectively collaborate with colleagues across the EUC HUB region.
- On-Site Experience: Prior experience with on-site commissioning, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and transformer installation.
- Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in a technical department, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving technical projects.
