Coach - Department Manager

At Nike, we're looking for talented individuals to join our retail team as Coaches. As a Coach, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results
• Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
