Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday platform, and demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems.
- Analyze business requirements for various financial functional areas, including Accounting, Procurement-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Banking and Settlements, Business Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform while representing the 'voice of the customer.'
- Demonstrate configurations through iterative development of prototypes to gain customer acceptance of business processes.
- Complete work assigned by the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them informed of overall project status.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas.
- Support Workday Operations by suggesting monitoring and recommending ways to better utilize Workday.
- Actively participate in the Workday Community by contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, collaborating with other customers, and participating in user groups.
- Ensure clients take advantage of Workday best practices.
- Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
