Key Responsibilities


• Oversee production processes in alignment with organizational values and objectives.

• Foster and promote a robust safety culture within your area and across production teams.

• Act as a key communication link between team members and upper management.

• Execute business strategies by assigning roles and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant national and local regulations.

• Guide team members in achieving safety, quality, and timely delivery standards, addressing production issues, and escalating concerns to senior management.

• Ensure all team members are familiar with and adhere to established procedures, striving for zero defects related to operator error.

• Set performance objectives and deadlines that align with the company's vision, monitor financial performance, and report discrepancies to senior management.

• Manage and resolve employee and customer complaints effectively.

• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.

Required Qualifications

Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline. Proficiency in Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools (e.g., DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why). Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management. Advanced proficiency in English. Competence in using IT systems and platforms (e.g., MS Office, SAP).
