The Team

The in-store team collectively aims to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. They collaborate to maintain the store's reputation, meet sales objectives, and foster a positive atmosphere that embodies PVH's values. Each member plays a vital role in the team's success, ensuring the store remains a preferred destination for customers seeking quality products and exceptional service.

The Role

Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador, nurturing customer loyalty throughout the sales journey.

  • Cultivate relationships with an international clientele, sharing insights about PVH Italia's products and values
  • Employ effective sales strategies to meet established targets
  • Promote the corporate culture and image by embodying the role of Brand Ambassador
  • Contribute to fostering a professional and motivating work environment
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
  • Monitor stock levels on the sales floor, replenishing as necessary to ensure a comprehensive range of products and sizes is available

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Sales Associate in a retail setting
  • Proficient in Italian with a good command of English
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Passionate about fashion and the dynamic retail environment
  • Registered under the Protected Categories as per L. 68/99
