**Company Overview**

Avio Aero, a leading company in the aerospace industry, is seeking an Electronics Production Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of electronic components.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing production activities in compliance with company procedures. This includes carrying out assigned works independently or under the supervision of a Product Leader. Additionally, they will support the Product Leader in improving the production cycle activities and share information and promote open dialogue among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical schemes and assembly drawings
  • Experience in tin soldering and desoldering
  • Experience in electronic components mounting (through-hole and SMD) using a microscope
  • Experience in cabling and crimping techniques
  • Experience in finishing techniques
  • Capability to carry out concurrent and varied tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface at all levels of the internal organization
  • Availability for interventions at customer sites
  • Basic English language knowledge, both written and oral
  • Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
