Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Specialist for our operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in our sales team, focusing on promoting our products to research institutions and biotechnology firms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of 3Brain's offerings and their applications to effectively convey their advantages to potential clients.
  • Conducting experimental demonstrations of our products in various settings, including our laboratories and client locations worldwide.
  • Analyzing experimental results and presenting findings clearly to support sales initiatives.
  • Providing scientific insights and technical expertise to assist the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Maintaining organized records of scientific experiments and datasets to ensure systematic accessibility.
  • Preparing and delivering engaging scientific presentations at trade shows, client meetings, seminars, and other events, emphasizing the benefits of our technologies.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Assisting with workshops, conventions, and other marketing activities as needed.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for the activities mentioned above.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive products to provide valuable insights.
  • Providing regular forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, with preference for candidates who speak multiple languages.
  • PhD in biology or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on neuroscience.
  • Experience with electrophysiology instruments, particularly Micro Electrode Array technology.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience in neurobiology and electrophysiology.
  • Proven expertise in scientific data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%) for conferences, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Proactive and independent work style, coupled with the ability to collaborate in a diverse team environment.
