Assembly Plant Supervisor

The Manufacturing Specialist is a key member of our Production Team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and consistency of our production line, including Service Shops. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial quality and process control, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have a proven track record of improving productivity and reducing costs, as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Execute production according to instructions.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead a small manufacturing unit or part of a bigger unit.
The Manufacturing Specialist will work closely with the Production Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing guidance and support as needed.
