Buccellati is a renowned Italian luxury brand seeking a highly skilled HS&E Trainee to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting sustainability practices across the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Environmental Science or a related field, with a strong background in HSE regulations and a proven track record of implementing safety standards and procedures. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, as is excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of H&S standards, procedures, and best practices in compliance with legal requirements
  • Implementing HS&E Group Management Policies, Standards, and Guidance in line with the Local HS&E Management System and providing relevant training to all affiliate personnel
  • Performing H&S compliance evaluation & supervision and facilitating H&S communication and training
  • Developing and monitoring Sustainability KPIs, according to ESG rating
  • Ensuring accurate and timely H&S reporting
  • Ensuring arrangements are in place for HS&E audits/reviews and inspections of the workplace
  • Ensuring all occupational injuries/illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents, and at-risk behaviors are fully investigated and reported with findings and recommendations for preventive action and corrective action where appropriate

The recruitment process will involve an initial online application, followed by a first exploratory interview with our HR team. If successful, you will meet with the HS&E Manager and the Head of HR to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
