Job Summary

The Consumer Marketing role is in charge of ensuring that our Consumer Message is aligned and clear in all Consumer Touch Points and defining a 360° Consumer Strategy: mapping and understanding the consumer journey and defining an adequate marketing plan integrating all media channels and ensuring Advertising & Promotion mix optimization supporting the marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and share ideas and challenges in cross-brand meetings
  • Drive presentations making to show projects to the different stakeholders
  • Build local launch plans and local product offerings if relevant in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Be responsible for campaigns (Event Management, timing of campaigns and tracking)
  • Proactively seek ways to manage consumer relations in line with global activities and to look for locally relevant causes and engage in activities across various touch points
  • Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making, in particular regarding launches
  • Support Marketing budget activities on a daily basis and define A&P budget and optimize it
  • Develop reports and analysis for all campaigns, with attention to A&P ROI, in order to improve marketing effectiveness
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in marketing roles preferably in FMCG and beauty professional sectors
  • Strong digital consumer approach and strategic accountability in marketing, otherwise excellent analytical, creative and decision-making skills
  • Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders
  • Willingness to lead, test, learn and challenge the status quo and ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets
