We are seeking a Controller for our pharmaceutical industry team at Randstad Specialty Pharma. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of financial statements and reports for external stakeholders;
  • Analysis of financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
  • Development of financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making;
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a bachelor's or master's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance with a proven track record of success is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a flexible and proactive approach, are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable with finance-related IT systems and tools, and have fluent English language skills.
